There is an expansive private pool surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds, a BBQ grill and plenty of private parking. The property is built at the end of a quiet road so there is no traffic or noise. The entire villa has six bedrooms and four bathrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. There is an activity room with pool table, ping-pong table, dart board, video games and workout equipment.

This four star boutique resort is located on Rincon's "South Caribbean Coast". This area is characterized by calm waters perfect for swimming and great for families. The beaches are miles long, sandy and there is little rock or reef at the shoreline. Further south, Barrero and Añasco beaches provide great options for water sports and relaxation as the beaches dot the coast between the hills. This is the place you'll find the more traditional 'resort type' accommodations along with mid-rise condos, beachfront villas and inns.

The open living area of this villa has panoramic views overlooking the Southern hills of Rincon, across to blue ocean vistas. The wide, sandy swimming beaches of Corcega and Ansasco are just a short 5 minute drive down the hill and the surfing beaches are 10 minutes North. The entire villa is extremely clean, well-maintained and beautifully furnished in a modern style. There is a flat screen television and DVD in the living space, as well as wireless acess throughout the property.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is ideal for any chef, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, custom cabinetry and complete cooking and dining utensils. Prepare fresh-caught fish at home on the BBQ grill or have a private chef pamper you with a candlelit dinner.
