Online Bookings

Please note that all online bookings are not fully confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-mail and phone call from a Rincon Vacations representative. Some tours require minimum persons in order to operate, in which case your tour is not confirmed until these minimums are met. Dates of tour will be confirmed by phone call from Rincon Vacations and after booking is fully confirmed you will receive a detailed email including directions to the location of your tour. All online bookings may be subject to 7% online booking fee.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Upon booking a credit card number is required to hold reservation (even if payment will be with cash). Card will be charged (or payment due) upon fulfillment of activity. If activity is cancelled outside of 7 days, activity is 100% refundable. If activity is cancelled within 7 days it is 100% non-refundable, including all taxes and fees. If activity is cancelled due to weather conditions or other outstanding cirucumstances and cannot be rescheduled, 100% refund will be given. Weather cancellations are determined strictly by the activity supplier.

Payment

Payments accepted via PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. Cash or travelers check are also accepted. Amex and Discover may be accepted via PayPal.

Rincon Vacations acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line , activity or other service provider named in your itinerary (Suppliers). Rincon Vacations is not responsible for acts or omissions of Suppliers, their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules, their failure to pay any refund or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused by the Suppliers or any other party not under Rincon Vacation's control.

Upon accepting this confirmation Guest hereby acknowledges the Risks of participating in these activities or activity, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. Guest hereby release liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Rincon Vacations, Justin Turri, Ann Turri, and any of its employees (herein referred to as “Rincon Vacations”). This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damages occasioned by, or in connection with any services by Rincon Vacations, in addition not limited to, any death or injury. Guest hereby acknowledges that these activities or activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks may include, but not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, spectators, officers, employees, and volunteers, and lack of hydration.
