The Mini-Resort is located in the 'Puntas' neighborhood of Rincon, also known as the "North Coast" or the "Surfing Coast". The beaches of the "Puntas" section of Rincon are where you'll find a traditional 'beach community' with a heavy surfing influence and an informal mix of small hotels, cottages, apartments and private houses among beach bars, restaurants, water sports and beachside activities. You'll find great surfing during the winter months when the surf is up. Parasailing and sailing add to the fun all year!

Superior Poolside Balcony Rooms:
These rooms are located in the brand new section of the hotel on the lower 'resort level', where the pool, jacuzzi & poolside restaurant are located. These rooms have upgraded furniture and decoration, flat screen TVs and large balconies overlooking the pool with great views of the Rincon hills. All Superior rooms have similar layout and decor with one king bed or two queen beds and Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses. Rooms are on the second or third floor above the pool, office, gift shop and breakfast buffet. There is no elevator - rooms are up one or two flights of stairs.
Surfing reigns supreme on the North Coast of Rincon PR
Traditional Value Rooms:
These rooms are located in the original inn building, closer to the road, the upstairs restaurant and the Sea Glass Bar. Value Rooms are all different in layout and offer tropical decor, the same perks as the Superior Poolside rooms, but balconies, patios and views are limited.
